Guilford Country Store and Cafe

The Guilford Country Store has always been a local landmark in the town of Guilford, Vermont. Founded in 1817, it has seen the town through almost two centuries of changes. In 2010, it had a brief period where it was closed as a business, but Guilford saw to it that their beloved store would not be closed for long. The Friends of Algiers Village Inc., a non profit orginization focused on maintaing the integrity of the Guilford community, brought together a grand fundraising effort over the cours
