Disappointment

Visiting the Anderson Arbys today at around 3:30 PM. I used the restroom, as I entered the restroom the door started to close, as I tried to push the door open so I could enter a coat hanger that was shoulder level caught my Leather Jacket and ripped a hole in the out side arm. I reported it to the employee who acted as he was incharge. He took my phone numbers and promised the his Supervisor would contact me within 5 or 10 minutes. It has been almost 4hrs and no one has contacted me. I told the person incharge that the coat hanger should not be attached tyo the moving door at that level, but attached to the wall next to the door. I feel that Arbys should pay for repairs and or replacement of my jacket. I paid more than $250 for this jacket and it is ruined. I feel that Arby's owes me for replacement of my leather jacket
