Herbies is the oldest operating restaurant in the Heart of the Florida Keys! Having been established in the late 1940's under the name Maggie's Chowder House, it has become a landmark restaurant and continued local favorite. While the restaurant is well established, the only thing old school about the menu is the fact that everything is prepared from scratch here, and that includes grinding our own grass fed beef, conch, sausage, and hot dogs (when available).
