The Velveteen Habit

The Velveteen Habit is a wine-centric restaurant showcasing traditional techniques such as pickling, curing, smoking and whole butchering, in a modernly redesigned farmhouse. Our theory on dining and service is based largely on our memories of family gatherings where food was made for comfort and nourishment. Our dinner menu is heavily influenced by the daily harvest from our one acre farm on property as well as the access to the freshest products from our trusted partner purveyors.
