Sushi Mono, a fine dining Japanese contemporary restaurant, opened on Chicago’s birthday March 4th, 2010 in the heart of Downtown Wheaton. We feature both traditional Japanese cuisine such as nigiri and sashimi in addition to a variety of signature blend sushi rolls and cooked kitchen entrees like Filet Mignon, Beef Rib, Sea Bass and Lobster.
