200 Monroe Restaurant provides Frederick Community College's culinary arts students a capstone learning experience to cook and serve the public as they near their completion of there degree. We invite you to come dine with us and indulge in a gourmet meal created and served by FCC's culinary students under the guidance of our Executive Chef and Maitre d' instructors.
