About Comtesse Therese Bistro

The only Long Island vineyard with a restaurant, serving local North Fork duck, seafood and farm stand vegetables, and our own herbs, served with our own wines from our 20 acre vineyard. Chef Aristodemos Pavlou is a graduate of the L'Ecole Cordon Bleu in Paris. Elegant setting in an 1835 restored rectory, filled with antiques.
