Owner and chef, Judy Coble, draws upon her 30 years' experience of creating homemade delights. Everything is cooked on site, including the Arrow Rock Station Restaurant's delicious rolls and desserts. The restaurant uses non-frozen, fresh-cut meats, and for the most part, only in-season vegetables.
