Dan and Lani Valas started Great Crescent Brewery in November 2008 in a small storefront on 2nd Street in Aurora, IN. Since these humble beginnings they have expanded into a historic building built in 1843 which served as the warehouse for the Thomas and JW Gaff Distillery.
