A food truck experience of Texas style barbeque! Ribs, pulled pork, and brisket smoked on site. Sides of potato salad or Cole Slaw, too. Specialty is stuffed baked potatoes-a robust sized potato stuffed with meat and the fixings. Sandwiches have a 1/2 pound of meat!!
