Crêpes Sans Frontières specializes in the traditional 100% Organic buckwheat crêpes (galettes). Galettes are healthy and happen to be gluten-free. Buckwheat, which is not a wheat, is traditionally used to serve savory crêpes and wheat batter is used for dessert.
