Executive Chef Jimmy Paulino has spent 39 years perfecting his craft. He started working in Las Vegas in 1977 at The Desert Inn at The Country Club.<br/><br/>In 1980, he went to work at The Maxim Hotel in their gourmet room. In 1983, Chef Paulino became the Assistant Executive Chef at Davinci at age 25. In 1984 he became the youngest CEC in Las Vegas history for Stations Casino.
