About Carnitas' Snack Shack Del Mar

Carnitas' Snack Shack is San Diego's original, fast-casual porkhouse, serving farm-fresh food, local craft beer, wine and snacks. Founded in 2011 by Chef Hanis Cavin and partner Sara Stroud, the Snack Shack has become a favorite among locals and foodies alike. The restaurant is named after their pet minipig Carnitas Speck.
