Mina Cucina Rustica was opened by Mina and her daughter Lisa. Mina is the owner of A Taste of Italy, the retail specialties store up the street from Mina Cucina Rustica. The moderately sized menu is centered around the deeply traditional foods and recipes of the various regions of Italy.
